Blended learning as a routine part of everyday college life
Education and training in the digital age
How can we make education and training processes digital? BIP Chemnitz gGmbH was faced with this problem during the pandemic-induced school closures in 2020. It wanted a long-term, sustainable solution that could become an integral part of its training strategy going forward. The result: An in-house learning platform that provides an effective learning environment for prospective social care and nursing professionals. The trainees benefit from a combination of classroom and online teaching (blended learning), individual learning paths, and specially created, interactive eLearning courses. Read the case study to find out what challenges the team faced, how they were solved, and how the solution was implemented.
