Searches can also be filtered by content type or learning objective directory. If you have tagged your media and glossary entries with meta information, these are also very easy to locate.

You decide who can do what, issuing authorizations for individual users or entire user groups by means of role- and domain-based authorization, enabling targeted functions for authors and reviewers and helping to control the workflow in larger teams. There is a wide range of restriction options, but these can also be managed by means of pre-prepared, standard authorization packages (roles).
