View all your courses at a glance and store them centrally
Structured data storage and course management
Content, media, or questions you create are organized centrally and stored in a knowledge base, which means you can access each individual element time and again. So you’re not only creating self-contained online courses, you’re also building a long-term knowledge database that stores all content and enables you to access it for future training sessions.
Your individual organizational structure and an integrated search will ensure you never lose sight of the big picture. The search function covers all content to which users have access rights. Searches can also be filtered by content type or learning objective directory. If you have tagged your media and glossary entries with meta information, these are also very easy to locate.

The reusability and referencing of content have led to very large time savings for our company with regards to course creation. The same is true of the integrated translation logic, which greatly simplifies our work in multiple languages. Our production times are much shorter, and we are also have a tool that both has plenty of features and is easy to use.

Reuse and recombine
Central management and the ability to access sharable content objects, question sets, media, etc., mean you can reuse existing content in new courses again and again at any time. Single sourcing enables you to simply refer to the content you have created instead of copying it. You only need to make changes in one place: all courses where a sharable content object is used will them be updated, saving time and resources.

Versioning and change log
Knowledgeworker Create lets you save and manage different versions of your content. This gives you the opportunity to discuss alternatives and decide together on the most suitable variant. Logging keeps a record of who has made which changes to content, and when changes were made. Straightforward assignment of responsibilities and protection of content with smart management
You decide who can do what, issuing authorizations for individual users or entire user groups by means of role- and domain-based authorization, enabling targeted functions for authors and reviewers and helping to control the workflow in larger teams. There is a wide range of restriction options, but these can also be managed by means of pre-prepared, standard authorization packages (roles).
