The engagement of sub-processors depends on the scope of services agreed with the customer and the configuration of the Knowledgeworker application.
- Standard: These sub-processors are essential for the operation of the platform and are engaged in all customer projects. Their use is mandatory for the delivery of the agreed services.
- Avoidable on Request: These sub-processors can be avoided on customer request, for example if the customer does not wish to use sub-processors in certain jurisdictions. Alternative arrangements may be provided, which can involve additional fees
- Customer-initiated: These sub-processors are engaged only when explicitly requested or activated by the customer, for example through a specific feature or service configuration.
